SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dermatology and is a cream composition for treating two or more symptoms of rosacea selected from erythema, telangiectasia, or inflammatory lesions, comprising therapeutically effective amount of oxymetazoline or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and from about 1 wt% to about 50 wt% of the cream, comprising medium chain triglycerides, adipic acid diisopropyl ether, oleyl alcohol and lanolin.
EFFECT: invention provides a long-term maintenance of therapeutic effect after application of the composition.
