SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biologically active agents from plant materials, namely, a composition for correcting disorders in case of liver diseases, comprising a mixture of polyprenols, which are a group of biopolymers containing 8–18 isoprene units with the structural formula:

where: n is the number of isoprene units, silymarin, liquid lecithin, tocopherol acetate and filler at the following proportions in wt.%: 98 % mixture of polyprenols – 0.89–1.34; 80 % silymarin – 2.5–3.75; 62 % liquid lecithin – 22.23–33.4; 98 % tocopherol acetate – 1.02–1.54; the rest being a filler.

EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the arsenal of highly effective compositions that have mutually potent pharmacodynamic properties that ensure the prolongation of the effect after the end of the course of admission.
