SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the chemical and cosmetic industry and presents the usage of D-pantothenyl alcohol as the melanogenesis inhibitor; the cosmetic means for bleaching the skin containing D-pantothenyl alcohol and other active ingredients; the method of bleaching the skin, which comprises the steps of bleaching the skin by means of D-pantothenyl alcohol and other active ingredients’ contact with the skin.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to expand the scope of D-pantothenyl alcohol, as well as to obtain the synergistic combination of D-pantothenyl alcohol and other active ingredients.
