FIELD: cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology and represents cosmetic agent for skin in form of “oil-in-water” type emulsion, containing following ingredients: acetylated hyaluronic acid of structural formula I, polymetacryloiloxyethylphosphorylcholine derivative of structural formula II, one, two or more types of non-emulsifying cross-linked silicone, glycerin, polyvinyl alcohol, acrylamide type thickener, which is vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer and sulphonic acid 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane and/or copolymer of N,N'-dimethylacrylamide-2-acrylamido-2-sodium methyl propane sulphonate and N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide, oil component in amount of 25 wt% or more, relative to total amount of skin cosmetic agent in form of “oil in water” emulsion and water as “oil in water” emulsion aqueous phase.

EFFECT: invention provides improved ability to distribution on skin, absorption into skin, absence of stickiness, sensation of moistening, sensation of elasticity and effects in relation to wrinkles/skin sagging.
