FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for treatment of nasopharyngeal diseases. Venous blood is taken from patient in a volume of 9 ml, a vacuum system of blood sampling, through a 21G catheter. Blood is then centrifuged at an acceleration of 1,000 G for 5 minutes. After centrifugation, a platelet autologous plasma is taken from the tube using a syringe, it is applied with a thin layer of vinyl material at a rate of 2 ml per 100 cm2, dried for 7 minutes at 37 °C. Resulting powder is then collected in a sterile tray, after which it is applied to the affected surface: intranasally or applicationally. In this case, the treatment of the powder is carried out once in 7 days, the course of treatment is 2-3 procedures.
EFFECT: method allows to improve the condition of the nasopharyngeal mucosa.
