Exposure length is 60 seconds and the hyperemic segment is treated by the mucous membrane with stroking movements approaching the center of the aphtha. That is followed by 20-second pause. After that procedure of non-contact irradiation by laser is repeated within 40 seconds in area of aphtha location. Then, the pause is repeated for 20 seconds. After that, within 20 seconds, the aphtha region is irradiated without the hyperemia region. Further, in the area of the aphthae location, carry out the application of the powdered platelet autologous plasma 2 times day for 4 or 6 days.

EFFECT: method provides a pronounced therapeutic effect, reduced length of treatment and prolonged remission of the disease by increasing the anti-inflammatory effect, acceleration of processes of epithelialization and regeneration of inflammation centers, stimulation of local immunity factors due to synergism of physiopharmacological factors.
