SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat inflammatory diseases and restore the mucous membranes of the oral cavity. The patient is taken venous blood in a volume of 9 ml which is then centrifuged for 5 minutes. After centrifugation, autologous plasma is taken from the test tube with a syringe, applied to the vinyl material at the rate of 1 ml per 100 cm2, dried for 7 minutes at a temperature of 37°C. Then the resulting powder is collected in a sterile tray, after which 0.5 ml of native plasma is added to it and a pea-shaped pill is formed and compacted and dried for 5 minutes. The resulting pill is given to the patient under the tongue, and the patient dissolves it for 20 minutes until it dissolves.
EFFECT: method allows to improve mucosal trophism, restore the epithelial layer, improve the condition of the oral mucosa, microcirculation, and increase the oxygenation of mucosal tissues due to growth factors and biologically active substances contained in autologous plasma.
