SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the liquid heating device (10) for the hot beverages preparation machine, comprising: flow heater (18, 18'); first intended for heating liquid (24) reception reservoir (12); preheated liquid (24') temporary storage second reservoir (14); liquid outlet opening (22) for the heated liquid discharging; and the switching unit (20, 20', 20", 20’’’) configured to switch the liquid flow cycle in the liquid heating device (10) between the preheating cycle, in which the liquid (24) flows from the first reservoir (12) through the flow heater (18, 18') to the second reservoir (14) for the preheated liquid (24') temporary storage in the second reservoir (14), and the final heating cycle, in which the preheated liquid (24') flows from the second reservoir (14) through the flow heater (18, 18') to the liquid outlet opening (22).
EFFECT: disclosed is the liquid heating device.
