SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sanitary devices. Plumbing insert (1) has a fluid flow regulator with a regulator body in which a first adjusting device is provided having an annular channel that surrounds the central portion and in which an annular body of the throttle is made of an elastic material. Body of the throttle restricts the regulating gap between it and the regulating profiled part, provided on the inner and/or outer wall of the channel, the transverse cross-section of the gap is capable of changing with the help of the throttle body deformed as a result of the pressure drops occurring when the flow passes. In the central part of the first adjusting device, at least one inner second adjusting device is provided having an annular channel with an annular body of the throttle therein made of elastic material located therein. Throttle body limits the regulating gap that lies between itself and the regulating profiled part. Insert (1) has a jet regulator, which in turn has a cup-shaped jet divider in its body, the base of the bowl forms a shock pad on which the water coming from the adjusting devices deviates transversely to the longitudinal axis of the jet regulator outwards to the holes formed in the circumferential wall of the cup-shaped jet separator.

EFFECT: improved quality of the water jet is provided with limited pressures of the passing medium.
