FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: absorbent article having a central base part, herewith central base part comprising an upper sheet, a rear sheet and an absorbent core, and wherein the absorbent article comprises: front bodypack region and the front bodypack edge; rear bodypack region and rear bodypack edge; inner part of belt placed in one or both of the front bodypack region and rear bodypack region; outer part of the belt placed in one or both of the front bodypack region and rear bodypack region; the first elastic element located in the inner part of the belt; and a second elastic element located in the outer part of the belt; wherein the first elastic element is made of one or more: elastic nonwoven material, elastic threads, elastic films and elastic bands; wherein the second elastic element is made of one or more: elastic nonwoven material, elastic threads, elastic films and elastic bands; at least part of the inner part of the belt and the outer part of the belt overlap; wherein the first elastic element is separated from the second elastic element by a layer of material; wherein one or both of the inner parts of the belt and the outer part of the belt comprise a layer selected from a group, consisting of a nonwoven material, a film and a laminate comprising a nonwoven material and a film; and wherein the absorbent article is one-off and wear, wherein at least a part of the inner part of the belt is placed internally with respect to the rear sheet and at least a part of the outer part of the belt is placed externally with respect to the rear sheet.

EFFECT: absorbent articles including elastic elements in form of a plurality of layers are described.
