The first textured region comprises a first part of the bases, a first part of the elastic elements and a first structure of the adhesive elements and forms a background structure in the first part of the substrates. The second textured region comprises a second base portion, a second part of one or more elastic elements, and a second structure of adhesive elements and forms a macrostructure in the second base portion.
