FIELD: acceleration equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to accelerator technology and can be used to solve scientific and applied problems. In the proposed method, the macroparticle is accelerated to ultra-high speeds, and the striker, accelerated to impact speeds from 2.0 to 7.0 km/s, directed to the target, with impact perforation forming jets of fragments, the head parts of which are used as accelerated particulates. Striker is made in the form of a metal sphere or a sphere made of polyethylene. Target is made in the form of a grid or string screen, located normally to the shot line, or at an angle from 0 to 90° to the line of the shot. Grid/string screen is multilayered with a number of mesh/stratified layers from 2 to 3, the guiding strings of the strings being angled from 0 to 90° to each other. Technical result is an increase in the acceleration rate of macroparticles of mass (0.01 g … 0.1 g) to the speeds (3…10) km/s, as well as the possibility of a simpler technical implementation of the method of accelerating particulates using more reliable devices.
EFFECT: technical result is increased speed of dispersal of particulates, as well as the possibility of a simpler technical implementation of the method of accelerating particulates using more reliable devices.
