FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propulsion systems for investigating high-speed collisions. Stand for the investigation of high-speed collisions contains a propulsion system, device for separating the pallet from the body being thrown and a vacuum path consisting of successively located and connected discharge compartments of the working gas flowing from the propulsion system, provided with at least one jet of working gas, and a vacuum chamber with a target. Reflectors of the working gas jet are installed in the working gas discharge chamber at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the stand and are provided with holes for the passage of the projected body. On the side surface of the working gas discharge chamber, a window is closed, closed by a film diaphragm, which is destroyed by the action of the working gas pressure. Film diaphragm can be placed between the two openings of the working gas discharge chamber installed on the window.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to simplify the operation of the stand and to increase the reliability of the information obtained in the experiment.
