SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to the bis-quaternary salt of an alkaloid of formula (II), where R¹ is ethyl or vinyl, R² is hydrogen or methoxy, R³ and R⁴ are defined as follows: (I) R³ represents: , and R⁴ is allyl; or (II) R⁴ represents: , and R³ represents: ; or (II) R⁴ represents: , and R³ represents: ; ; ; ; or CH₃; and X and Y independently are halide anions. Invention also relates to particular bis-quaternary alkaloid salts of formula (II). (II).

EFFECT: technical result: new bis-quaternary salts of the alkaloid of the formula (II), useful as asymmetric interphase catalysts, were obtained.
