SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to sanitation and disinfectology, and is intended for the sanitation of air in poultry houses in the presence of birds. Disinfectant for premise treatment includes an electrochemically activated neutral anolyte containing 0.5 mg/ml of active chlorine, which is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:5. Potassium permanganate is added to diluted electrochemically activated neutral anolyte in a ratio of 4,000:1.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows eliminating the irritating effect of the electrochemically activated neutral anolyte on the respiratory tract mucous membrane and eyes while maintaining its original high bactericidal activity.
