FIELD: herniology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to herniology and may be applicable to umbilical hernia plastic surgery with lifting of muscular aponeurotic tissues of hypogastric region and urogenital crotch in women. Endoprosthesis is made of a single web of polypropylene or polyvinylidenfluoride reticular endoprosthesis, consists of a main flap consisting of two identical elongated trapezoids with rounded corners and two additional flaps in the form of wide bands, located at the base of the main flap in the direction transverse to it. Lower trapezium of the main flap of the endoprosthesis is fixed naponeurorotically in the pubic region to lig. suspensorium clitoridis, perform a lifting of the urogenital crotch, restoring the vesicourethral angle.
EFFECT: vesicourethral angle is restored.
