FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly surgery, namely herniology. Mesh prosthesis is fixed on the right and left edges with interrupted sutures to front flaps of the vagina of rectus sheath without fixation to the white abdominal line of the upper and lower parts of the mesh prosthesis. Sutures are applied at distance of 2 to 3 cm below the upper edge and at distance of 2 to 3 cm above the lower edge of the mesh prosthesis to the medial edges of the front muscle of the rectus muscle.
EFFECT: method enables eliminating injuries, reducing number of recurrences, eliminating destructurization of abdominal white line.
