FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine and can be useful for laparoscopic nephroscopy in dogs and cats. Catheter is inserted into the ureter to the pelvis level of the kidney under study. Carboxyperitoneum is created. On the side opposite to the kidney under study, a puncture into the abdominal cavity is made and a first port is installed. Laparoscope is inserted through the first port into the abdominal cavity. Point of the future kidney puncture is marked. Through the laparoscope, the ventral surface of the kidney under study is inspected in detail, the point of the kidney capsule puncture is determined, and a site is marked for the penetration and kidney puncture. Second puncture is formed in the abdominal cavity in the area of the kidney under study and a second port is inserted therein. Endoscope is introduced through the second port. Kidney is inspected. Second port is released, a manipulator-coagulator is introduced in the second port. Surface coagulation within the thickness of the capsule is performed. Manipulator-coagulator is removed. Colored liquid is injected into the catheter tube located in the ureter. Nephroscopic tube is introduced into the second port, orienting its end to the marked site of the kidney, where the capsule is prone to coagulation. Tube is pushed forward into the kidney. When the colored liquid appears, the propulsion of the tube is stopped. Endoscope is introduced through the second port, kidney cups are reached through the cortex and medulla by the endoscope. Through the second port, using the endoscope and manipulators, diagnostic and treatment procedures are carried out. Second port is used to seal the puncture.
EFFECT: method reduces traumatism, reduces risk of infection.
