FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to operative urology. Stenosed and adjacent ureter areas are mobilized. It is excised within healthy tissues. Ureter is removed from the abdominal cavity by scar tissue changes or a temporary suture-holder out through the nearest laparoscopic port. Extracorporeal dissection of stenosed areas within healthy tissues, performing its spatulation, if necessary – calibration, conducting a stent catheter and superimposing a "lead" suture on the lower point of the planned anastomosis, after which the ureter is immersed into the abdominal cavity and further stages of the urinary tract reconstruction are performed laparoscopically.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness combined with reduced intraoperative time expenditures, especially at the stage of developing laparoscopic urological reconstructive surgery.
