SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to systems of optimization of works on provision of special-purpose cargoes for determination of security priorities in accordance with terms and volumes of deliveries. System includes a monitoring subsystem, a subsystem of distribution and delivery of discharge cargoes (DDC), consisting of delivery and loading means, monitoring subsystem includes sensors-indicators for comparing the current number of discharge cargos DC at each storage point of the DC with the established content rate and integrators of summarizing information from the lower levels and assessing the need for DC at its level. Method includes the steps of: operating parameters of the subordinate layers defining the requirements for the characteristics of the higher layers, and optimizing the operation of the system, optimization is carried out by checking the conditions for the satisfaction of applications and the amount of time available due to the progressive increase in the capacity of the DC storage system by the number of delivery and loading means; choosing the optimal version of the system providing the WG, which makes it possible to realize the maximum volume of transport for the available time.

EFFECT: optimization of work on provision of discharge cargo is achieved.
