SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport, in particular, to logistic systems using underground and ground space for formation of convenient transport infrastructure, transportation of goods and movement of people by automated and controlled systems. Global logistics system includes modules for movement of people, equipped with life support system combining conditioning and heating systems, power supply, waste recycling, cargo transportation system containing vehicles connected to each other tunnels connecting points of cargo reception and departure, located inside rail tunnels for transportation of vehicles and for supply of power to them, vehicle control and monitoring unit and power supply unit for supply of power to them during movement along tunnels, system for tracking location of vehicles and modules for movement of people. At that, vehicles are made with possibility to transport cargo containers and contain housing, controller, motor connected with electric motor rail wheels, current collectors and accumulator, braking system. Tunnels have a cross-section in the rectangular-based form, internal parameters of which correspond to external parameters of vehicles, and vehicles additionally have wheels with tires for movement outside the tunnels, and also comprise means for connection to a module for movement of people, made with possibility to attach module for its transportation by vehicles.

EFFECT: as a result, reduced time of cargo movement and movement of passengers while maintaining comfortable conditions of movement.
