SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to the structures of aircrafts with rotors. Aircraft contains a body, an annular fan wheel with a drive of rotary motion. Ring is located around the body as a propulsor, consisting of two circular fan wheels, located one under the other and rotating in opposite directions. Annular collar is configured to change its plane with respect to the plane of the body of the aircraft by rolling around the spherical surface of the body of the aircraft.
EFFECT: provided increase in the speed of lifting capacity, reduction of vertical dimensions.
