SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to underwater treatment of well fluids in production of oil and gas from subsea wells. Towed unit for underwater processing of well fluids comprises a bundle of pipelines extending and designed with possibility to be tensioned between a first tow head at the upstream end of a beam and a second tow head at the downstream end of the beam. At least one of the towing heads has an integrated process equipment for treating well fluids, configured to at least separate the aqueous phase present in well fluid conditions. Bundle of pipelines is designed to be cooled and heated to control the content of paraffins in well conditions. At least one and if necessary both towing heads have a heating system for heating the bundle of pipelines.
EFFECT: reliability of underwater equipment is increased, compactness and simplification of installation are ensured.
