FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of cleaning flexible pipelines using a flexible hose from a field drilling rig. Method includes opening of flange connection between two flanges of two sections of underwater pipeline. Method also involves mounting a lifting head in each of said sections. Stage of connection opening and installation of lifting heads includes attachment of floats to each of the sections. Each section has a part bent towards the surface. In case of leakage cap and shuttle tank are used to collect oil-containing liquid. Method also includes moving the drilling rig to a predetermined location. Method also includes assembling a lifting unit intended for lifting a section of an underwater pipeline with a drill string. Method also includes lowering a drill string with a lifting unit and attaching the hook to the lifting head. As well as lifting a section of the underwater pipeline by the end of said section using a lifting unit connected to the lifting head. Method also includes securing the end of the underwater pipeline section on the rotary table of the drilling rig using an elevator with a side flap. Also, internal pressure in the pipeline is relieved by the connection between the pipe and the lifting head. Method also involves disconnection of the lifting head and installation of the above-water production tree at the end of the underwater pipeline section and, if necessary, connecting adapters and for coupling the end of the section with the above valves. Method also involves assembling a flexible hose with an above-water production tree and above-water lines. And also performing the operation of cleaning the section of the underwater pipeline with the help of a flexible hose. Method also involves cleaning a section of the underwater pipeline with sea water circulation. Method also involves dismantling the flexible hose, surface lines and elements of equipment of the surface equipment. As well as installation of lifting head at the end of section of cleaned underwater pipeline, installation of a lifting unit for lifting a section of the pipeline using a drill string and lowering the section to the seabed, where the section of the underwater pipeline is located. Method also involves removal of lifting heads from sections of the underwater pipeline and connection of sections by means of a flange connection.
EFFECT: improving cleaning efficiency of flexible pipelines and simplifying cleaning of flexible pipelines.
