Method for determining the band gap of dark and photoconductivity of organic semiconductors based on heteroatomic compounds includes recording the absorption spectra of samples in optically transparent solvents in the UV and (or) visible regions, while Egdark and Egphoto are determined by IA, calculated from the electronic spectrum in the ultraviolet and (or) visible ranges.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying the method and increasing its expressiveness and informativity by simultaneously determining the width of the dark and photoconductivity band gap according to the integral parameter from the autocorrelation function.
