FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of subways, tunnels and other structures. Collapsible divider of multiple use for fixing temporary walls of excavations includes a body consisting of interconnected central and lateral sections, and a support unit for fixing the divider to the temporary wall of the excavation on the longitudinal support belt at the places of installation of the divider. Support unit is a spacer installed in the end part of the housing and is intended to interact with it a counter support unit mounted on the longitudinal support belt of the temporary wall of the excavation at the locations where the divider is mounted. Spacing device is made in the form of a cylindrical body, in the inner cavity of which there is a spring-loaded stop and a wedge mechanism consisting of two support wedge-shaped washers and a two-sided rectangular wedge placed between them, the spring-loaded stop of the spacer is arranged to reciprocate along the axis of the cylindrical body and one end located on the side of the wedge mechanism is supported by a washer on the inner surface of the cylindrical body, and the other end passes through an opening in the lid fixed at the end face on the other side of the cylindrical body. One of the wedge-shaped support washers of the wedge mechanism with a rectangular end adjoins the flange mounted at the end of the side section of the shell of the divider, and the other wedge-shaped support washer with a rectangular end adjoins the end face of the spring-loaded stop of the spacer, the reciprocal support assembly is in the form of a support bracket constituting a vertical steel sheet, which is rigidly connected to a horizontal shelf made of a concave shape with an internal radius equal to the outer radius of the cylindrical housing of the spacer and intended for mounting a cylindrical body thereon in the operational state of divider. Support bracket includes adjusting pads and a support plate with a concave spherical surface designed to contact the convex spherical surface on the end part of the spacer stop.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improving the design of the support unit to ensure repeated use of the divider.
