ANCHOR FIXTURE OF PILING WALL (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC E02B3/06 E02D5/74 E02D5/76

Abstract RU 2453652 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: anchor fixture comprises an anchor traction rod and a unit of traction rod fixation to a piling wall. The anchor traction rod is made of a bundle of highly string wires, ends of which are combined with an end anchor clamp. In the first version, the anchor clamp comprises a cylindrical race with an external thread, having an inner rectangular wedge cavity with ends of wires inserted into it and a flat wedge arranged inside a bundle of wires. In the second version, the anchor clamp comprises an end race, representing a bushing with a cone expansion at the end, the front surface of which in the cone base is arranged as spherical and concave, and a flat wedge installed inside the bundle of wires. The bushing comprises an inner rectangular wedge cavity with inserted ends of high-strength wires. At the same time walls of smaller size of a wedge cavity (in both versions) are parallel to each other, and walls of the larger size form an angle equal to 4-10 degrees. Besides, the angle between the similar walls of the wedge is less by 0.5-1.5 degrees. The end of the bundle of wires is poured with a quick-setting resin and closed with a sleeve at the end of the cylindrical race. The unit of the anchor traction rod fixation to the piling wall arranged on its outer surface, according to the first version, comprises an end anchor clamp resting against the piling wall surface via a support washer and a nut arranged on a threaded surface of the cylindrical race. The washer surface adjoining the wall is arranged as flat, and the washer surface adjoining the nut is spherical. The unit of the anchor traction rod fixation to the piling wall arranged on its outer surface, according to the second version, comprises an end anchor clamp entering a hole in the piling wall and resting against a support washer with a front surface of the end race. The washer surface adjoining the piling wall is arranged as flat, the one adjoining the front surface of the end race is spherical or spherically concave.

EFFECT: higher bearing capacity and operational reliability of an anchor traction rod, reduced metal intensity and labour intensiveness of its manufacturing.
