SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for reproducing a sound. In the method, a user's voice signal that can be perceived by a microphone is received. Then, a music signal transmitted by a television via an integrated physical interface between an external supplementary device and the television is received. After that, the user's voice signal and the music signal are mixed. And the mixed audio signal is transmitted to the power amplifier circuit of the television via the integrated physical interface. Said television is configured to reproduce sound using the built-in loudspeaker of the mixed audio signal received by the power amplifier circuit. Further, karaoke functions are integrated into an external additional device, the mixed audio signal is generated using the external additional device and returned to the television, and finally, the mixed audio signal is played back by the built-in loudspeaker of the television.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of processing the audio signal by performing mixing of the voice signal with an external device.
