FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator is made in the form of an inverted glass consisting of a cylindrical part in which the upper part of the spring-damping element in the form of a damper is placed through the vibration damping gasket. Its lower part is located in the bushing fixed to the base through a vibration damper. On the bottom of glass a vibration-insulated object is fixed. At least two stiffeners of triangular type are attached to the cylindrical part of the frame. Ribs are supported by additional elastic elements installed through the vibration damping pads at the bottom ends on the base. Damper contains a body in the form of a cylinder with a bottom in which a piston with flanges is located. Collars are installed relatively to the internal surface of the casing with clearance. Between the collars copper-based sintered friction material is located. Conical spring rests against the piston lower surface, which turns are covered with polyurethane. Cavity between the piston and the body bottom is filled with friction material. In the cylinder internal cavity groove the locking ring is fixed. Locking ring via the resilient ring is in contact with top surface of the top collar and holds the piston in initial position.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
