FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator consists of connected in series identical frames. Resilient damping element is coaxially placed in each frame, in the upper one – in the form of a cylindrical helical spring, the coils of which are covered with polyurethane, and in the lower one – in the form of a damper fixed through a vibration damping pad on the base. Upper frame is made in the form of a horizontal plate, along the edges of which struts are fastened, arranged at an angle down from the horizontal plate. Struts of the upper frame are supported by obliquely arranged resilient elements fixed to the struts of the lower frame through vibration damping gaskets. Struts of the lower frame are rigidly connected to the horizontal bars. Bars are supported by vertical resilient elements fixed through the vibration damping gaskets on a base. Obliquely located, as well as vertical elastic elements are made in the form of cylindrical helical springs. Damper comprises cylinder with bottom, in which the piston is arranged. Piston is made in the form of a glass with beads. Between the collars copper-based sintered friction material is located. Spring rests against the bottom surface of the piston. Cavity between the piston and the body bottom is filled with friction material. In the cylinder internal cavity groove the locking ring is fixed. Via the resilient ring the locking ring is contacting with the upper collar top surface and holds the piston in initial position.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
