FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Vibration isolator is made in the form of connected in series identical upper and lower frames. Elastic-damping element is coaxially placed in each frame: in the upper – in the form of a damper, in the bottom – in the form of a cylindrical helical spring, the turns of which are covered with polyurethane. Vibration-insulated object is fixed on a platform on an upper frame. Frames are made in the form of coaxially arranged rigid cylindrical shells with a radial clearance. Upper ends of the shells are rigidly connected to the disks, respectively. Upper ends of the resilient damping elements are fixed to an inner surface of the discs. Lower end of an upper resilient damping element is fixed on an outer surface of a disk of a lower frame. Lower end of a lower resilient damping element is fixed on a base. Peripheral parts of the shells are connected by two horizontal resilient elements made of polyurethane. Lower cylindrical shell is connected to the base by means of vertical resilient elements in the form of cylindrical helical springs. Damper comprises cylinder with bottom, in which the piston is arranged. Piston is made in the form of a glass with beads. Between the collars copper-based sintered friction material is located. Spring rests against the bottom surface of the piston. Cavity between the piston and the body bottom is filled with friction material. In the cylinder internal cavity groove the locking ring is fixed. Locking ring via the resilient ring is in contact with top surface of the top collar and holds the piston in initial position.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
