SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, in particular to the LNG tank-containers transportation vessels. Proposed is the LNG tank-containers transportation vessel, which contains internal cargo hold for the LNG tank-containers loading; located in the internal cargo hold loading / unloading point and intended for the external vehicle installation capable of the LNG tank-container moving from the internal cargo hold to the outside of the vessel and vice versa; crane, made in the internal cargo hold upper part and moving the container in the cargo hold; at least one main transport frame, guiding the crane for moving in the first direction in the horizontal plane; and at least one auxiliary transport frame connected to the main transport frame and guiding the crane for moving in the second direction in the horizontal plane, at that, the second direction intersects with the first direction. LNG tank-containers transportation method using this vessel is also proposed.

EFFECT: as a result, enabling the LNG economical and effective supply possibility.
