FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Proposed is a pre-dosed substantially solid dishwasher detergent comprising a protease, comprising an amino acid sequence which is at least 80 % identical to the amino acid sequence given in SEQ ID NO: 1, and which, at position 99 in the count according to SEQ ID NO: 1, has the amino acid being glutamic acid (E) or aspartic acid (D) and further comprises a hydrogen peroxide source and a bleach catalyst, the bleach activator. Proposed is the use of said dishwasher detergent or said protease included in the composition thereof to remove burned contamination from pudding on solid surfaces. Provided is a method for removing burned contamination from pudding on solid surfaces by means of said dishwasher detergent or said protease included therein.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the improved cleaning efficiency of burnt contamination from pudding.
