FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, specifically to tropoelastin and tissue repair using elastic materials. Method for the preparation of an elastic material from tropospheric elastin is provided, comprising heating a solution of tropoelastin to form an elastic material from tropoelastin in solution. Elastic materials produced according to the method are also described. Flexible hydrogel is described for tissue repair, which has biocompatibility, strength, elastic deformation.
EFFECT: scalable producing three-dimensional elastic structures is proposed.
