FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to ring collectors. Method of transferring rotation from the rotary part of the current collector to the ring with the vertical arrangement of the rack and the low-voltage (power) and functional (high-voltage, signal, for data transmission) parts includes the transfer of rotation from the rotary part of the current collector to the non-rotating part. Rotation is transferred from the lower current collector to the upper one. Rotation is transmitted directly from the rotor of one current collector to the rotor of the other, bypassing the housing, by means of rigid detachable connections of the upper rotor pivot ring of the lower current collector and the lower rotor rotary ring adjacent to it. Lower rotor pivot ring is located higher along the common vertical axis of the upper pantograph than the upper rotor pivot ring of the lower collector.
EFFECT: better durability is achieved.
