FIELD: engineering of electric engine for large excavators.

SUBSTANCE: presently modern excavators are produced without cable channel for low-voltage device. Cable product for low-voltage device is placed on base, meant only for holding low-voltage device cabinets. As a result, during operation of excavator cables shift, get pressed together and rubbed against sharp edges and angles of aforementioned base, which causes multiple fires of low-voltage device-using excavators at mining facilities. Operation and service of cable product due to aforementioned reason is seriously obstructed. Cable channel for low-voltage devices is made in form of rectangular parallelepiped, consisting of two inner areas. Cable product is positioned in the upper area, lower area is used as an accumulator for oil and water leaks. Upper portion of cable channel can be removed and consists of several portions.

EFFECT: prevented possible fire during operation of electric equipment.
