SUBSTANCE: disclosed equipped with dual-wound tape paper money temporary storage device contains: cylinder (1) for the paper money temporary storage; pair of the wound tapes reuse cylinders units (2); pair of winding tapes (4); pair of tape pressing rollers (5); slowed down by the planetary gear motor (3), wherein slowed down by the planetary gear motor (3) output shaft (6) is equipped with the driving gear (6); and synchronizing gear system used for the slowed down by the planetary gear motor (3) power transmission to the cylinder (1) for the simultaneous paper money temporary storage and the cylinders units (2) for the winding tapes reuse. Synchronizing gear system comprises the first gear (11) configured to drive the paper money temporary storage cylinder (1) brought into engagement with the driving gear (61), and used for the simultaneous power transmission to the paper money temporary storage cylinder (1) and the winding tapes reuse cylinder first unit (21), and the second gear (72) connecting the first gear (11) and the winding tapes reuse cylinder second unit (22).
