FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: turbomachine assembly comprises a rotor and a crown of blades, each comprising a profiled portion and a tail portion inserted into the blade mounting groove extending along the circumference of the rotor. Groove comprises an enlarged portion in which the blades can be rotated about a respective substantially radial axis for placement in a position corresponding to a minimum tangential dimension. At least one insert is disposed along the enlarged portion of the groove between the tail portions of the blades located in said groove portion and the side wall of this groove, which is removable and designed to force the blades located in said slot portion from the position corresponding to the minimum tangential size to the final angular position and locking the blades in this position. When assembling the above assembly, the turbomachines insert and rotate the first set of blades into the groove for securing the blades so that their tail portions with the groove cooperate. Insert the second set of blades into the enlarged portion of the groove and rotate the blades of the second set around their radial axes by an angle greater than the angle of rotation ensuring that the final position is reached, with provision for placing each blade of the second set in an angular position corresponding to a reduced tangential dimension, creating a free gap in said groove. Insert the insert into the enlarged portion of the groove between the tail portions of the second set of blades and the opposite side surface of the enlarged portion of the groove, thereby successively turning the blades of the second set into the final angular position. When dismantling the above-mentioned assembly of the turbomachine, extract the insert from the enlarged portion of the groove and rotate the blades in the enlarged portion of the groove about their radial axes by an angle greater than the angle of rotation ensuring that the final position of the blades is achieved, thereby ensuring clearance. Rotate one of the blades along the enlarged section of the groove around the radial axis, thereby ensuring the withdrawal of its tail part from the interaction with the groove for attaching the blades and removing the rotated blade in the radial direction. Turn the other blades and remove them from the groove.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify the assembly and disassembly of a turbomachine assembly.
