FIELD: non-displacement compressors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: shaftless motor-compressor (1) is disclosed, comprising casing (3) and at least one compressor stage (9A, 9B) located in said casing. Each stage comprises respective impeller (11A, 11B) arranged for rotation in casing (3) around axis (AA) of rotation. Each impeller (11A, 11B) is integrated with embedded motor (13A, 13B) disposed in casing (3) and comprising stator (15A, 15B) and rotor (17A, 17B). Stator (15A, 15B) of the motor of each stage (9A, 9B) of the compressor peripherally surrounds impeller (11A, 11B), and motor rotor (17A, 17B) is integral with said impeller. Rotor (17A, 17B) of the motor of each compressor stage (9A, 9B) is located inside the corresponding motor stator.
EFFECT: shaftless motor-compressor, a casing and at least one compressor, arranged in the casing.
