SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer technology and can be used in complex automatic control systems, radio engineering complexes. Method comprises determining the differences in the output parameters of redundant elements, finding the quantitative values of the degree of assurance in proper functionality or failure of each redundant element using fuzzy logic methods and in the presence of non-defective elements connecting to the output of a redundant system of one of them, in this case, the average of the output parameters of the redundant elements is found, differences in the output parameters of the redundant elements are determined with arithmetic mean, delayed in time, defined by the interval from the moment of failure detection in a duplicated system until the moment of localization of the failed redundant element, obtained differences in the output parameters are used when finding the quantitative values of the degree of confidence in proper functionality or failure of each redundant element using fuzzy logic methods.

EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of duplicated systems.
