FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: decorative panel refers to the field of construction, the production of finishing materials and products, in particular to the production of artistic and decorative products that simulate a voluminous tile of the "hog" type. Decorative panel with a facet has an obverse side with a concave-convex relief texture, a back side provided with fastening elements in the form of protrusions, and fastening elements made in the form of an adhesive application surface made of a thermoplastic, which includes resin, as well as polyvinylchoride with a constant equal to 56–59, made by the method of hot vacuum molding and having an invoice surface, with the front side of the decorative panel having a concave-convex relief, the rear side is a countermatrix (patrix) of the front side of the panel with protruding fastening elements on the rear surface made in the form of stiffeners which serve as the place for fixing the panel from the back side to the facing surface with the help of glue, the thickness of the panel with concave-convex relief over the entire surface of the panel is 0.45–0.9 mm, obtained from the preform of the panel after preheating, increased by 5–7 degrees due to additional heating of the aluminum matrix, the panel is made in the form of an imitation of a three-dimensional tile with a facet (tiles with faceted surfaces) with a height of 4–15 mm, the concave-convex relief in the manufacture of the decorative panel by the method of hot vacuum molding is provided by acting on it with an alternating clamping force of the technological device with an initial sharp decrease, and then by increasing the clamping force by at least 2 bar, which is selected in proportion to the increase in panel thickness.

EFFECT: technical result is to obtain an increased height of the faces with different angles of inclination while maintaining the stability of the concave-convex shape of the panel.
