FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to the manufacture of concrete panels with ready-made façade tiled decor, in which the tile is made of concrete. A method for manufacturing a wall concrete panel with a facade concrete tile decor, characterized by fixing a facing tile made of concrete, made in the form of a flat rectangular plate, while the facing tile is placed in the pouring matrix face down, after which the matrix is poured with concrete. The front side of the tile is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, and the back side is made broadened in at least one cross section in comparison with the section of the front part, and a silicone cellular substrate is first placed in the matrix for pouring the concrete panel, where each of the cells is made with a recess and an emphasis for tiles, as well as with an additional recess at the bottom of the cell, then a tile is placed face down in each of the cells until contact with the cell stop, after which the matrix is poured with concrete, and after the concrete has hardened, the panel is removed from the matrix and the cellular substrate is detached from the finished panel. A concrete wall panel is also described.
EFFECT: improvement of method for manufacture of concrete panels with ready-made façade tiled décor.
