FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be applicable for draining pseudocysts of the pancreas. Under the control of endouragtrasonographic guidance, the pseudocysts are placed in the place of maximum cavity fit to the wall of the stomach or duodenal injection marking by injecting a solution of indigo carmine into the submucosal layer of the wall of the stomach or duodenum, external percutaneous drainage is introduced at this location under the control of the endoscope.
EFFECT: method allows to prevent occurrence of external pancreatic fistulas or to provide the possibility of their elimination.
