SUBSTANCE: Gastroscopy is performed, during which, under the control of endoscopic ultrasonography, a safe non-vascular zone is selected in the wall of the stomach or duodenum. In the projection of pseudocysts in the vascular-free zone, pseudocysts are punctured with a cystotome, a conductor is installed along which cystonasal drainage is installed into the pseudocysts cavity. Drainage is fixed in the pseudocyst cavity using a pigtail-type bend located at its distal end. On the 10th day, when the pseudocyst cavity is reduced by half and less than 20 ml of the discharge is received through drainage, repeated gastroscopy is performed, then with the help of endoscopic scissors, the cystonasal drainage is crossed at a distance of 5 cm from the site of insertion into the wall of the stomach or duodenum.

EFFECT: The present invention enables to perform visual, laboratory control of the discharge, X-ray control of the cyst size dynamics, reduces the frequency of stent obstruction, the frequency of pseudocyst relapses, and improves the quality of life.
