EFFECT: method enables forming an anastomosis between a hard-to-access cyst and a hollow organ lumen without close application of the first to last, through the pancreatic duct lumen, due to which there is no reflux into the cavity of the residual cyst, which enables to reduce the number of complications, as well as enables to resolve pancreatic hypertension.
