FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be applicable for central pancreas resection. Resection of the body of the pancreas is performed. Dressing of the proximal part of the pancreatic duct is performed. Loop of the small intestine in the form of a semicircle for peritonization of the closed proximal part of the stump is brought to both stumps of the pancreas gland. Internal "frame" stent is inserted into the distal part of the duct. Fix the stent with an interrupted stitch to the resection margin. Pancreaticoenteroanastomosis is applied with the distal stump of the pancreas. Below the performed anastomosis, apply interintestinal fistula.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of anastomosis failure, to reduce the risk of developing pancreatitis.
