SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for pancreatojejunostomy in case of diastasis between proximal and distal stumps of main pancreatic duct. Lumen of main pancreatic duct is opened, excised together with anterior wall of pancreas body. In projection of formed diastasis between distal and proximal stumps of main pancreatic duct parenchymal-capsular plate of cicatritial posterior wall of pancreas is left. Longitudinal pancreeatojejunostomy is performed by successive sewing into one lumen of loop of small intestine of distal stump of lower edge of parenchymal-capsular plate of posterior wall of pancreas, proximal stump and then upper edge of parenchymal-capsular plate of posterior wall of pancreas.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create adequate drainage of duct system, reduce risk of pancreatitis development, reduce risk of anastomosis failure.
