FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to medicine. Pharmaceutical composition having anti-tumor activity against tumor cells of melanoma M14, prostate cancer PC3 and colorectal carcinoma CaCo2, consisting of paclitaxel and recombinant human histone H1.3 at a mass ratio of histone H1.3 : paclitaxel = 25:1. Method for preparing the above composition by a self-assembly method is proposed.
EFFECT: proposed group of inventions provides creation of safe paclitaxel compositions free from side effects.
