FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of welded joints of pipelines of corrosive media. Welded joint assembly of the pipeline contains a welded seam made by manual and/or automatic welding and having a normal sectional area larger than the area of the normal section of the pipes, metal pipes with a protective coating on the inner surface and a sleeve located inside the tubes with conical sections at the ends and with a protective coating on the inner surface, thermal insulation material fixed on the outside of the cylindrical part of the sleeve, on top of which at least one L-shaped stop is fixed, the annular rubber seals at each end of the sleeve are vulcanized to the outer surface of the sleeve from its outer side and form a separate cavity with the conical sections of the sleeve. Cavity between the conical sections of the bushing and the ring rubber seals is completely filled with sealing material.
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the reliability and simplify the design of the welded joint assembly of the pipeline.
