FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to brake systems and cushion systems of vehicle. Adaptive suspension consists of a control controller, data line, guide rod and elastic elements, shock struts with the ability to control damping factor and pneumatic elastic elements with the ability to control rigidity. Method of control rigidity and damping parameters includes active changing their damping and rigidity characteristics, including change of damping factor, determination of the size of extraneous vibrations, change of suspension ruggedness, control of the characteristics of pneumatic elastic elements and shock struts independently of each other, control of rigidity characteristics of the pneumatic elastic elements, control of the rigidity of pneumatic elastic elements and when slowdowning vehicle provides for the discharge of pressure in the pneumatic elastic elements of rear suspension in order to increase maximum force of cohesion of wheels with road surface with the appropriate control of the attenuation characteristics of shock struts in order to increase the stroke of compression and subsequent reduction of maximum speed of rebound of the rear suspension.
EFFECT: increased braking efficiency of vehicle is achieved.
